Do you know Tilda Swinton? Apart from being a talented actress, she's the co-founder of a new school, the Drumduan Upper School.
In this school, the students have no exams, no tests, no hierarchies, and they leave their desks as much as possible. During one of these escapes, the students were asked to find an isolated spot for themselves and sit there for one hour with no specific occupation or purpose, thus experiencing a form of free meditation.
